The Tailgate opened in 2021 and has quickly become Midland’s go-to outdoor concert venue, offering top-tier live entertainment in a high-energy atmosphere.
 
What started as a small side hustle has evolved into a premier music destination, thanks to the vision and dedication of Sean Elphick, Ariel Herrera and JD Granado - three friends who took a leap of faith into the world of live entertainment.
 
Since its launch, The Tailgate has hosted some of music's biggest names and up-and-comers including Ty Myers, Seether,  Shane Smith & the Saints, Aaron Watson, Rick Ross, DaBaby, Lil Jon, That Mexican OT and many more!
